  • TMS and Integration Partners: Load and carrier data from your connected Transportation Management Systems
  • Compliance Providers: Carrier safety ratings, insurance status, and authority information from FMCSA, Highway, RMIS, and similar services
  • Load Boards: Market rate data and carrier availability from connected load boards

Text messaging opt-in data and consent — including phone numbers collected for SMS purposes — will not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers used for text messaging are shared with our telephony service providers solely to deliver those messages.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our Services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
